Nidhogg 2 Hack PC: Tips and Tricks to Win Every Match

When you are done setting your best time for arcade mode (mine was 50 minutes on the first try), you can play local or online multiplayer. This is where the real fun sets in. I challenged my wife to all the stages and risked getting divorced when I went through one stage hacking and slashing through her character without being touched. We also had some epic stages where we went back and forth for almost ten minutes until she finally beat me. (Read: until I got tired of it).

You will only find the most basic of controls on this game. Do you remember the old 2-button tv game controls we had in the 80's? Yeah, pretty much like that. One button is to hack and slash, while the other one is to jump. At the start I thought that was about it, but realised about halfway through arcade mode that pressing up and down on the left sick allowed my character to change the stance of the sword hand up or down.

So, what's different in Nidhogg 2? Simply put, it looks and sounds completely new and there are a few additional weapons to master. Besides the standard rapier that was the only weapon in the original game, you can also hack and slash with a broadsword, stab with a dagger, and shoot arrows with a bow. Considering I played the original game a lot, I was impressed by the amount of variety that these weapons add to the gameplay. I found myself constantly thinking up new strategies on the fly depending on both my opponent's and my own current weapon. For example, if my foe had a bow and shot an arrow from far away, I would position myself to reflect it back at them. It's great stuff that makes Nidhogg 2 feel like a significant step up from the first game.

For those unfamiliar with the original Nidhogg game, the gameplay has conceptually remained the same for the sequel. Your goal is to repeatedly hack and slash your opponent to bits as you make your way horizontally towards their side of the screen. You and your opponent start as equals in the center of the stage.

Griefhelm is a title by a man named Johnny Dale Lomack - which is a pretty solid name - that takes a lot of inspiration from the ridiculous yet charming Nidhogg. The key difference is that this game demands that its 2D hack 'n slash combat be taken seriously. There's no silliness here. It's all about knights charging full force at each other with their weapons drawn until someone's head is no longer attached to their body. Griefhelm is going for a more gritty, realistic approach to multiplayer dueling, but in doing so, it lacks the charm of the more ludicrous games it's trying to compete against while still looking just as goofy.

As you play the multiplayer mode, you can pick up other items that will be just as deadly. When you do win these running duels, you will stab and eviscerate your way through dozens of characters that can look quite a bit like yours, just different colors. When you take someone down with the fencing sword, you can move it up and down their body and watch the live drain away from them. The broadsword will hack them into tiny bits. If you get disarmed, you can kick the opponent and then stomp them into mush.

As a flying unit, only ranged attacks can harm him.

Of course Jammers blew up about this. A strange creature from myth's called a "Human" was sending you gifts. Naturally, everyone assumed it was a hack, and it was. Yet, because of the few Jammers given the money, anyone who didn't receive it thought it was a scam.

This time, 1,000 animals where chosen to receive 10 diamonds. The targeted animals nearly flipped out of there shoes when the Jam-A-Gram was sent. Instantly, the diamonds where used up on Diamond Shop animals. Because of this, Jammers then came to envy the targeted animals. Soon everyone desperately wanted to be hacked by who they called "F-hogg."

Emma, driven by her intense craving for fashion, began tracking Nidhogg. When the next bunch of letters were sent, Emma sat at her pink computer. She managed to trace where the letters were coming from. In the intense process she breached computer barriers, solved world puzzles and may have come close to finding global peace. But who cares about ending all wars when a fashion expert was only a few hacks away. I mean c'mon, you can't ignore a girls fashion craving!

Emma sighed. She might as well take a break. She locked her laptop and scrolled up her map. Flicking on the dim light at the top of the stairs, Emma took a deep breath. She felt like a failure, a week had passed and she searched the whole world and found nothing! The creaking of the stairs reminded her of the keyboard's clicking sound and all of her useless hacking. Emma's foot hit the cold stone ground. She sighed an ordinary sigh.

Nidhogg laughed. "I left Miraland because all they care about is fashion, they fear the smallest argument, they fear war so much that they made the dumbest thing their peacemaker, fashion. I think that is just stupid, so I tried to take over but my plans were crushed by Nikki. So I wanted to go somewhere else. Everyone knows how dumb you guys are, and everyone knows how you kids fell for Fman's hack. So that is why I chose Animal Jam, I can rule over them without them even thinking of my true plan."

After the fall, Jamaa was left with out of style top hats and worn blankets. Nidhogg was perfectly safe in his basement, but Emma's parents started to worry about Emma. Nidhogg overheard them say this while he hacked "Maybe she got stuck in the trash bags and got thrown out..."

Yellow, orange and red leaves fell onto the dying grass. A chill breeze breeze Went through the trees and blew into the ruffled fur of the animals gathered in Jamaa township. Just a few months ago AJHQ has raided these very houses and ripped away anything related to the hacker "F-hogg." But that was totally two moths ago, everyone's forgotten now, except for the one rage filled, scheming, hating, ruthless hacker that saw all his work burned down and buried under stones.

Now, November 15, that is the day Nidhogg got a wardrobe change and traveled back to Animal Jam. Soon he was back inside his fateful basement, and it had not changed a bit. Nidhogg walked carefully up the stairs. He was reminded of all the hacking he has done to get to this point, this point of failure. Nidhogg refused the fail, and we don't want to see Nidhogg fail again because this would then be a boring story. 2ff7e9595c
